Des Grands Thés bio et éthiques, des voyages et des rencontres…
Ingredients for 2 portions:
• 2 apples
• 30g of soft butter
• 2 tablespoons of unrefined cane sugar
• 50g of ground almonds
• 1 1/2 teaspoons of Matcha pour la cuisine
• 50g of roughly chopped pecans
• 20g flaked almonds
• 1 pinch of salt
• vanilla ice cream to serve
Preparation:
1. Pre-heat the oven to 200 °C. Cover a baking tray with greaseproof paper
2. Wash and dry the apples and cut off the top quarter to make a lid
3. Remove the core with a knife or a small spoon.
4. In a bowl, mix the sugar, ground almonds, the matcha, the chopped pecans, the almond flakes and the salt. Add the butter and mix everything together with a fork or with your fingertips to make a rough dough.
5. Fill the apples with the crumble mixture, put the apples on the baking tray and cook for 20 minutes. Cover the apples with their lids and bake for a further 20 minutes.
You can serve this dessert while it is still hot or warm with a scoop of vanilla ice cream.
